Uburongozi bwa UBACA,Inc. bwasavye yuko hoba umwanya ukwiye wo gutegura Duteramane y'akataraboneka mu mwaka uza 2012. Igisagara iyo Duteramane y'imbonekarimwe izoberamwo muzokimenyeshwa igihe kigeze. Twiyemeje ko Duteramane 2012 izoba rutura kandi itazimvye.  

 

   2. Ikazinduzi (Dictionnaire) y'Ikirundi n'Icongereza. UBACA iri n'akanyamuneza ko gutangaza kuri bose ko haraye havutse igitabo c'ingirakamaro kizofasha Abarundi baba muri Amerika n'ahandi kwiga Icongereza canke Abanyamerika n'abandi kwiga Ikirundi.    1.UBACA Board of Directors would like to inform you that Duteramane 2011 will not take place this year. This will allow enough time to plan for the mother of all Duteramanes come 2012!

The city where it will be held will be disclosed in due time. 

Duteramane 2012 event will be huge yet very affordable, simply different. This we promise.

 

   2. Kir-English, English-Kirundi Dictionary. UBACA is pleased to announce the birth of an English-Kirundi and Kirundi-English dictionary. For more information please go to "Announcements" link above.

      *NEW* UBACA in action!

  

         Washington DC, March 12, 2010.

Leaders of UBACA,inc. met with Mr. Eskinder Negash (5th from right, 7th from left), the Director of Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The UBACA Delegation came from several States and was led by its president, Mr. Oscar Niyiragira (5th from left, 7th from right). 

 The aim of the meeting was to convey to the federal authorities the challenges and concerns but also the gratitude expressed by the newly resettled Burundian refugees during UBACA national conference held in December 2009.

The welcome was cordial and the exchanges very fruitful.
